INTRODUCTION
Compounding of rubbers, plastics and other chemical products require mixting of variety of additives, incurring certainly unreasonable problems of generating air bubbles, unfavorable surface finish, incorrect dimension & etc. due to the interference of water contents contained in those additives or air induced in mixing progress.
Moisture Absorbent/Antifoaming Agent has been developed for the purpose of acquiring favorable products having no air bubble by completely removing the water content or air contained in raw mixing materials with appropriate mixture of raw materials, which are called as Antifoaming Agents or Moisture Absorbent.
Using of Moisture Absorbent/Antifoaming Agent allows obtaining the quality enhancing and defect reducing effects such as achieving correct dimensions, restraining generation of foaming and etc.
PROPERTIES
Moisture contained in various chemicals which are used in the mixing process of rubber products and air penetrated in the mixing process usually lead to the deterioration of production efficiencies, the increase of defect rate,the inconsistency of product quality, etc.
ANFOGEN has been developed for the purpose of production of quality products and it can completely remove the moisture and the air by acting as an antifoaming agent or a moisture removing agent. Therefore, it is sure that ANFOGEN will contribute to the cost-saving of production and the improvement of product quality to a great extent.
ANFOGEN absorbs moisture and air more than 30% of self-weight of the products by means of transformation of calciumhydroxide as shown in the following formular contributing to the production of density-consistent products without containing moisture, airs and vapours.
